I started at Birmingham Metropolitan College as a Graphic Designer and worked there for 2 years. I designed micro sites for web developers to put online, billboard advertising, newspaper advertising and worked with different curriculum staff to promote their courses. I was also involved with the brand development of Harborne Academy and The Academy at Kidderminster, which included, logos, brand style, creative direction, leaflets, postcards, prospectuses, invitations, 6/48/96 sheet advertising, display items, brochures and newsletters.
In addition, I was responsible for advertising through digital media, i.e. Facebook, Twitter, Google adverts and also on newspaper websites. I also worked closely with businesses, which are in partnership with the College (BMW, Botanical Gardens, Caterpillar, Dixons KnowHow, Jaguar and Samsung).
